Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Modean lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Modean grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Modean. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She worked as a nervous Fortune-teller and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Jabbie is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He became a Apothecary soon after.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and sabotage a competitor

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His orange fur has been sun bleached extensively. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. He tends to his Spy job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and balancing his hectic life and new spy responsibilities is difficult
