History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Akmen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Akmen. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Through the years after Skirt was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Skirt's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
