Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His gold crest, when down, is lengthy. His red eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kriv fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and revenge

Description: He is lean but muscular and is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His rusty crest, when down, is lengthy. His fierce gold eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a Seamstress soon after.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Hunter liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his broad brown hat.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'5" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a tan tunic with blue highlights, and long red pants that bunch up around her shoes. She keeps her blonde hair in a pixie cut. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.
History: She got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lilli grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lilli. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Her tan leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her pastel boots flare out at the collars. She has a hunchback. Her brown fur is long and unkept. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.
