Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a fancy black suit. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 10. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is red, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adrik grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a green suit, pastel shirt, and brown tie. His crest is gold and very short. His gold unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Baker profession.
History: Torinn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He tends to his Bricklayer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jasmine embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Born in the north to a Shoemaker, Lewis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Birel was born the youngest of three triplets. Birel abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
