History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Kerkad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Pirithin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Pirithin. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: Shadow was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and regain custody of her daughter

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She worked as a nervous Scribe and found it very stressful. She tends to her Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
