Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Agatha grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Agatha was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Agatha was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and to reunite with her absent mother

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a ceremonial dagger on his belt. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, and he perpetually has his ceremonial dagger ready. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Percival fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She works hard and plays hard.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To end her boredom.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Salasar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Hunter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Hunter for hire.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
