Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Pyxrin was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Miner. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Pyxrin never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Korfel and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in the south to a Healer, Clerebold learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting illithids, the young Clerebold began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Yebe liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
