History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Mindartis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with his Bounty Hunter father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. When Pallabar reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away.
