She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Luthra's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: The child of a Dilettante, who enjoyed hunting, Luthra was taken on many hunting expeditions. Through the years after Luthra was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Luthra's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
