History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
