Description: He prefers to wear flannel. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly longbows and morningstars. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His ears are large.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Born in the west to a Bather, Fargrim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bather responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: Faran is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Sellsword mother left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Wants a kiss; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a robe, a symbol of luck around her neck, and a sickle on her belt. She has done her best to style her golden hair to look like a famous performer. Her brown eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Silgre fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with red lining and desert motifs. He has a very tight haircut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Hamil is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hamil is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her tied-back hair is silver. She has blue eyes and a grey hat with a brown feather.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Isabella and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This northern man wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair is short and golden. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Roland embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Guard kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: She was born in the north. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she is typically in her Sage uniform. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her brown eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Shanairla was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to open a new tavern
