History: The child of a Bookbinder, who enjoyed hunting, Dariff was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: She got into the Barrister business at a young age. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
