Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Melech has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Meriele lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student she started as a Miller, but she got bored and became a Armorer. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Leshanna speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Leshanna was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now owns her own business.
