History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He got into the Knight business at a young age. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Knight. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Seere was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Weaver, but she got bored and became a Stylist. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: She was born in the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Curran grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

History: Geva was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but she was a colossal failure. She now owns her own business.
