She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Veit grew up listening to his father's many stories. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.
