History: Ida lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: She was born in a small mountains village. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Actor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Actor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
