Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Guard profession.

History: Egelina lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Guard, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has taken up work as a Fletcher and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Farideh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has never given up on her music dream.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Gardener profession.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and a deep hatred of brigands

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Finellen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
