Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
