Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Darrak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a Ruler, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Thamior has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Alston's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
