Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her white hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: She got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Nikki took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bow and armor she uses now. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lilli grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rurik was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Soapmaker, but he got bored and became a Stableman. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Nimble alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Being a Detective kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Aym never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer.
