Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A freak accident while working with his Performer father left him crippled. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is wearing a long, blue cloak, and is pretty ugly. Her golden hair is knotted and matted. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: Born in the south to a Herbalist, Shamil learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gray eyes.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 37. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest woman in the north

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gunter will drive conversation. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. He keeps his orange fur in a pixie cut. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Lone was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lone decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears dull green sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed morningstar, just in case. His crest, while still mostly rusty, has prominent grey streaks. His red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Bidreked is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Bidreked lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has worked as a Merchant like his father before him.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: She is a Jackalwere in disguise. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
