History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Osco grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Urshar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
