Heartbroken, Seere never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Thervan hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.
