History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Blacksmith job and began his own company from there.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

History: She got into the Marshal business at a young age. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
