Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Emmeline was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Emmeline decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He struck the Bookbinder job and began his own company from there.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Kaladan and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ribbles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
