Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She is greedy; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He wears an entirely blue suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has wavy blonde hair. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sailor, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sailor responsibilities is difficult; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'10" and is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Cory wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Cory took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He bought a bastard sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: She hates Gnomes with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Born in the west to a Beggar, Reddlepop learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Beggar. She has taken up work as a Beggar and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Valida has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
