History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the east to a Carpenter, Spear learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born to a Barber, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Scribe. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
