Description: A middle-aged man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and is pretty ugly. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. After coming to the age of reason, Fargrim took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fargrim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barkeep born in the past three hundred years. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born into a rich family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult; and money/treasure

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Hatae was born with her father's beautiful face. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing music.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Bethrynna was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is greedy

Personality: Nissa wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She uses divination through singing.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Gurdis was born with her father's beautiful face. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: The child of a Beggar, who enjoyed hunting, Torinn was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
