History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. The war was a terrible time for her, and Shifting does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Hunter for the past few years.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. A true patriot, Morana would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barber but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quespa grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quespa. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Barrister. He's also a talented Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and balancing his hectic life and new barrister responsibilities is difficult
