History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: This woman stands a little under 2'11" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She has wavy silver hair. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Callie embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. After a long history of fighting, Callie and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: She prefers to wear brown clothing when she does not wear armor, and carries axes. Her white hair is greasy and uncared for. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Eva is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Eva is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She got into the Jeweler business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Jeweler. She struck the Jeweler job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her gold crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She has red eyes.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a Layabout, her mother struggled to pay the bills. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Thava never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. At some point she was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Her moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mumpena fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His brown hair is long and unkept. He is baby faced.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Gimble was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Banker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
