History: Beast was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Beast alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tabaxi people; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
