Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Alberich's homeland. Alberich decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His hair is golden and curly. He has blue eyes and a grey hat with a blue feather.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Anselm took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: She wears professional attire. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She keeps her long black hair kept up in a rat tail. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her copper crest is still thick. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Gifted from a young age, Savaran studied abroad. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by a spirit.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: This malnourished man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has wavy silver hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thorpe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Zephan reached his early adolescence his Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
