Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Sarah was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently the stress of being a Layabout has made it difficult for her to sleep.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He struck the Barber job and began his own company from there.

Description: She wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her sai, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. Her golden hair is long and unkept. Her violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Lagazi will drive conversation. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Lagazi alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He carries with him a set of glaives, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Keyleth was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Joan grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
