Through the years after Rosalind was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Rosalind's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Lorilla was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
