Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a brown shirt with thin tan vertical stripes and blue pants. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. Uraim is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her hair is black and very short. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.
History: Lilli was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lilli grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lilli. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Manea was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Vicky was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.
