History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. A true patriot, Rhogar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Rhogar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
