Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.

History: He was born in the east. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Gerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: Born in the east to a Merchant, Akmen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Dyer, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Merchant job and began his own company from there.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Stableman. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She tends to her Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and many brigands want him driven away

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is cut close to his head. His fierce black eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a Banker, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Zephan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Zephan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: The child of a Miner, who enjoyed hunting, Purah was taken on many hunting expeditions. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is greedy

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Dûsh has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
