He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to get a good night's sleep

Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Bilga hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a green cloak and cross-gartered red stockings, and is pretty ugly. His bronze crest is singed and shortened. His eyes are red and beady.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gorbundus was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in the north to a Barrister, Pyntle learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She's also a talented Miller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barrister and was forced into it by her family; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
