History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born in the north to a Locksmith, Varis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Locksmith. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Locksmith for hire.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Dondon was born with his father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a worn and beaten armor, and is pretty ugly. His hair is silver and curly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are white.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Gifted from a young age, Barakas studied abroad. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Breena enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to be a guard again

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and is wearing a long, blue cloak. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His red hair is braided into rings. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Fonkin was born the youngest of three triplets. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Apothecary like his father before him.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Server, but he got bored and became a Slave Trader. He struck the Slave Trader job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
