Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Gifted from a young age, Torinn studied abroad. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Vlorn never married again.
