She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Phelaia was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
