Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Valafar grew up listening to his father's many stories. At some point he was captured by brigands and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
