History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His first spouse was a Apothecary, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Apothecary they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Barber, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Baker. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: Emen is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Sage but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
