History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Shautha liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She now mingles about in high society.
