Description: He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His golden hair is thinning but still full. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Igden was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Farmer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Aelar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Sculptor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: An older man who wears suspenders and red workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy red leather apron most of the time, he is not a threatening figure. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: The child of a Stableman, who enjoyed hunting, Tomi was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: She is lean but muscular and is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, tan shirt, and green tie. Her long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Lagazi took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: He wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Thorin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Drifting abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He is a husky man, who is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and black handkerchief worn on his right side. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tricking grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tricking. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
