History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Broce never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Jacoba was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town.
