History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rael grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Rael abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.

History: Born to a Shepherd, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Gardener responsibilities is difficult; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: She comes from a rich western family. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Chem hails from a village terrorized by drow. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Hrathy was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hrathy's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and nothing but the best is good enough for her
