History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is wearing a tight grey one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Her long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and money/treasure

His tan leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. His white eyes peer out from beneath his feathered black hat.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: The child of a Roofer, who enjoyed hunting, Bathin was taken on many hunting expeditions. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Antrara was born the youngest of three triplets. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This man is very fat, and wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Zog is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Zog alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
