Personality: Three is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: She got into the Brewer business at a young age. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Brewer for hire.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Sarah was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: Imsh hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Bellfounder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Her hair is long and red with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small grey clips. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Mary alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Description: He wears a violet tunic with grey highlights, and long yellow pants that bunch up around his shoes, and he perpetually has his flail ready. He has no hair. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Gifted from a young age, Ralf studied abroad. Through the years after Ralf was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ralf's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is a husky man, who dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He wears his blonde hair down. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was raised in a plains tribe. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Gardain never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and obtaining odd cultural dragonborn artifacts is his passion
