Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
